Berbere is an Ethiopian spice mixture. You can find it in an Ethiopian grocery store; otherwise, substitute your favorite curry powder.
Preheat oven to 450. Cut sweet potatoes into cubes. Toss with olive oil, kosher salt, and about 1/4 teaspoon of berbere (it can be spicy, so use it sparingly unless you like heat). Spread sweet potatoes onto a baking sheet and roast, turning every five minutes, for about 15-20 minutes, or until browned and soft. If you like, serve with a sprinkling of cilantro and a squeeze of fresh lime juice.
